Yesterday my heater would only blow cool air. Today my car will start but will not start all the way it will not turn over all the way to make the car go. The car will start now bt is runinig hot and the heater still not working

How hot is it running in degrees F? Does the radiator fan work? Might be an issue with thermostat or water pump? Do the heater hoses get hot?

The radiator fan runs an doesn't turn off. The temp not sure inside the car were it tells you car is hot is at the top of thermostat

Im not sure I understand? How do you know the engine is running hot, if you dont know where to find the temp gage?
