With the key in the run position you should have battery voltage to the orange wire to the drivers door window switch?Also the black wire with a white stripe to the drivers window switch should have 2 ohms or less to ground.

Electric windows will not go up and down all the time

The windows work off a circuit breaker so it's not likely a fuse problem. The master switch in the driver's door supplies power to all the other switches so it is highly suspect.

My car keeps stalling out and the power windows wont work, but when the windows start to move up or down the car starts. I done got a new battery, atune up, new massive air folw sensor. I thought it was my fuel pump can you please help?

Start by going to autoparts stors and have charging system tested, battery, alt., Starter draw and drains on battery.

I put a new cd player in it and now they dont work I checked the fuses under the dash but none are blown please help

So they worked normal before the radio install?Also do you have a multimeter to do some testing?
