2003 Ford F-150 starter bendix won't disengage

I've installed new battery, new firewall solenoid/relay, new flywheel, and am on my 3rd new starter. After starting the engine the starter Bendix will not disengage. Starter bench test fine when hooked up to the wiring on the truck. Finish installing on the truck and it won't disengage.

se if any of these wires or where they are bolted in are making contact with each other.
