Alarm system won't turn off

My hazard lights and horn start going off if I hook up my battery

If you have an aftermarket alarm system is has gone bad. If it is a factory alarm it sounds like you have an alarm that is triggering when the battery is hooked up. If you have a remote clicker, try locking and unlocking it after the battery is hooked up. If no remote, try locking and unlocking the driver's door with the key. If that doesn't work, try leaving the key on as the battery is hooked up.

I have seen where the drivers door latch the micro switch inside goes bad so the alarm cant reset. Check that out as well

Alarm will randomly go off without provocation. The door ajar light will also come and go with all doors closed.

You guys hit it, I replaced the drivers door latch and than disconnected the battery to reset the system and now everything works. I love this site
