I just recently bought a used chevy impala in great condition. I was going to change the rims on it, since she came with the stock ones. My friend suggested to just take his Acura's RSX rims. They are both (my cars and the Acura's) 16" rims. But I was just wondering since the chevy will be ridin on acura rims will any harm be done to anything?

Very doubtful they're going to fit. Lug nut spacing will be different, nut taper will be different, brake caliper clearance will be different. If the offset or width are different you will really mess up the handling. Lawyers and insurance claims investigators love to find those kinds of modifications.
