While driving my car, a 2002 Saturn LS 200 the battery light came on the dash board, the radio cut out and the lights started flickering. I went home. About an hour later I tried to start my car, and it would not. The battery was not completely dead, but it was not charging. Any idea of what the problem is?

You could have a bad alternator have the battery charged and tested at the auto parts store. Also make sure the battery cables are clean and tight. Then start the car let it idle and take a multimeter and see what voltage is at the battery cable's.Let me know what you find.
