Changed timing belt car ran again. Then started to sputter, so went and bought a gas treatment and put that and the next day keep sputtering, so checked fuel pump and fuel filter both were good. It still kept sputtering, so checked it again and now the car will start for a couple seconds but wont stay on. Acts like it aint getting gas, starts sometimes then died, tried giving gas when starts but dies as soon as I give it gas. Hoses are fine, sparks plugs are fine, and it has gas. What could it be.

That depends on what happened to the original belt. This is an interference engine so if the original belt had a failure, it likely has some bent valves. They rarely survive a belt failure without serious internal damage.

Timing belt was skipping a tooth so ine day it just died on me while driving. Still having the same issue but now I think it most likely might be the fuel emissions regulator. But not quit sure what exactly does that part do? If u don't mind

I have no idea what you mean. There is no part by that name.
