I recently went to fill up my car at a gas station and after I filled up I was unable to start my car. When I turned the key it would not turn over and would make an electical sound. I called aaa and when the tech got there it started right up no problems. I wad able to drive the car fine for the rest of the night and the next day. The following day I had the same problem. When the aaa tech came out this time he ran some tests on the battery and what not and said they looked fine. He alluded that the problem may be because my key for the car had ran out of batteries. I put a new battery in for my key and it still did not start. The keyless lock and unlock work on the key but it will not start when I turn the key over. My car just passed smog and has recently just had a tune up. Could you please help me out I have no idea what is wrong

It could be a starter issue. If the contacts in the starter are worn a complete electrical path wont be possible to properly work the starter. Try and tap the starter lightly while some one else cranks the car over. This some times moves the plunger around to get better contact, with the worn solenoid contacts. From experience depending on the model of the starter you can get those contacts replaced if not you may need a starter.
Let me know how it works out for I'm interested in what the problem is

Recheck the battery terminal/cable connections. Loose or dirty connections can result in intermittent non cranking.
