Why does my 2002 Honda Accord, 4 cylinder vibrate and deacclerated when started and loose power?

My Honda Accord at 178,000 miles loses acceleration and nearly dies out when I get my car going most mornings, it seems the mornings are when my car is hit majorly with this problem. It will do the same throughout the day at start-ups but minor. My car also vibrates steadily through the dashboard and I can feel this vibration when my car is in idle. There are no other noises from my engine. My transmission fluid has never been flushed, nor the filters changed in the transmission or fuel pump.

If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to identify trouble codes. Also, check fuel pump pressure and check the plugs to make sure they are getting a good hot blue snapping spark.
