It is hard to crank in the mornings you have to plug it up. If it's been plugged up will run good. I've replaced all the glow plugs and I took out all the injectors and replaced the seals but it still does the same thing and when I try to crank it. It shakes but I do know that some of the injectors are bad. This is a diesel truck 7.3L.

It will run and idle hot with no problem, I would be checking t hat all the glow plugs are working and that the glow plug voltage is correct, you may have a coolant temp sensor problem.
