Power steering pressure hose can be replaced using simple hand tools. You might need a line wench in order to make the job more efficient.
Here is a basic guide to replace pressure hose on a power steering system:

After replacing these hose(s) be sure to top off the fluid. You need to make sure you start the vehicle and check for leaks as well was turn the wheel to have the fluid cycle thru the system and get all the air out.
