i have a 2002 chevy malibu. it had a blown head gasket. we replaced all of that. but it still runs hot. what else can i do?

we have no info. what motor??? what exactly did you replace???
blown head gasket is a result of overheating, not the cause. did you replace the thermostat?? radiator??? any leaks??? was the head checked for warpage and cracks???
