What is the average cost to have a oil pan gasket replaced?

The book calls for 3 hours labor. The gasket is available at any nationally recognized parts store for around 40. Now, you will need to change the oil when done because it will need drained. And, if I remember correctly, the oil filter needs to come off too so you can remove the pan.
