Drive side turn signal flashes fast. Passenger flashes at normal speed.

I read in the manual to check the bulbs which I did and replaced ones that looked bad. Problem remains.

Looked at the fuse panel and found the turn signal relay. Small silver box. Replaced it and still no change. Funny thing even if I remove it completely turn signals still function.

Seems the next step is to replace the Combination Flasher unit under the driver side dash? Can someone let me know if I am on the right track before I spend the money on the part?

This is generally a load resistance issue. Less load, faster flash rate. The # of bulbs per side flashing must be the same.

So do you think I still have a bulb that's bad and it looks ok visually? Could the bad bulb be on the side that flashes normally?
