My suburban will not start it turns over but won't start. Is there a reset button for it

No reset button. You have to determine what is missing, fuel, fire, compression. Ect. Try a quick shot of starting fluid in the throttle body and see if it starts for a second, if it does then you'll know that you have a fuel issue.

We did that and it still want start. Like I said we changed front seal on transmission before it started fine now it want start

Sounds like you have no spark to the spark plugs. Double check to make sure that youdidn't leave off any ground wires that were hooked to one of the bell housing bolts.

If the vehicle turns over but does not start, the neutral safety switch is not the problem. If it was a neutral safety switch issue the engine would not crank over.
