Chevrolet suburban wont start, the dash lights turn on, and the starter wont start also.

I'd have to be sure the battery has a full charge and connections are clean and tight. The purple wire at the starter solenoid S terminal should be hot/voltage with key in the crank position. Any testing at the solenoid, make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is set.
