i got a chevy caviler 00, all my gages stay at zero all check engiens lights are on interor light and bell go off randomly same with radio, all this happens when driving only. just had breakline replaced because of hole and this all started right after. what is it?

If the brake lines were replaced and then it started, I would check to see if there are any body ground straps that were damaged or disconnected. Start with that and let me know what you find.
