Why wont the car start?

HAVE MR. BATTERY TESTED

SNATCH THE BATTERY OUT AND HAVE IT TESTED ON A MACHINE....I DON'T KNOW YOUR LOCATION, AROUND HERE, POPULAR AUTO PARTS STORES WILL DO IT FOR FREE

ONCE YOU DO HOPEFULLY GET IT RUNNING....A ALTERNATOR/GENERATOR TEST MAY BE IN ORDER ALSO..... AROUND HERE, THE AUTO PARTS STORE WILL DO IT FREE ALSO (STILL ON THE CAR)

THIS NEXT TEST MAY SORTA HELP IN DETERMINING BATTERY AND ALTERNATOR/GENERATOR CONDITION (WORKING OR NOT).....KEEP IN MIND THIS IS ONLY A VOLTAGE TEST, IT WILL NOT "LOAD TEST" THE BATTERY
....THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AT THE AUTO/ OTHER STORE/SHOP

"Does not start" means about as much as "I'm in pain". Does the starter crank the engine but the engine doesn't start and run? Is there no response from the starter when you turn the ignition switch to "crank"? Is there a single, loud clunk from the starter each time you turn the ignition switch to "crank"? A rapid loud buzzing? Do the dash lights get dim or go out when trying to crank the engine? Any other related symptoms?

As for "we alresdy did that", please include that information right away so we don't have to drag it out of you or guess. Those details aren't secrets.
