Heater blower motor

Okay, so lets see if I have this right. One side of the fuse will be + and the other -, is that right? I just don't know where to look or start. I have the basic tools with a ohm/volt meter and a test light (nothing fancy), please read more.
1-it worked not that long ago.
2-where do I start?
3- is there any lights or anything else it could make it blow, example: radio, amp, lights?
I am so lost and stressed with this and need heat for the cold nights/mornings.
