The Blower Motor Does Not Work/blow Air. I Have Tried Another Electronic Temperature Control Panel And A Relay For The Blower Motor Itself...

No Power To The Resistor And No Power To The Blower Motor. I Replaced The Resistor, That Wasn't It.
