Engine wont start

Engine wont turn over with spark plugs in but will with them out 99 k1500 suburbun 5.7 engine

That could be from a weak battery. Make sure the battery is fully charged. If it is, make sure no coolant is getting into the cylinders via a bad headgasket and causing hydrostatic lock.
