Thank you so much for your help. My son followed your advice and checked the starter. The wire to the starter had come loose. He tightened it and it starts fine now. This was a blessing since I cannot afford repairs right now. Thank you so much again.

It wouldnt start. Starter is good, relays are good. Put new ignition. If I jump the starter it will crank but otherwise it wont crank. Do you know why or what else I can check?This is a 1995 jeep grand cherokee larado

The vehicle is having trouble starting. There are lights on inside the car and it has a new battery. Every time the car is attempted to start the lights go out and it won't start up. There is no sound whatsoever. Is there a way to fix? Fiance is stuck in storm with same vehicle.

The symptoms indicate insufficient battery supply so charging and testing the battery is the first step and once it's started, the charging system needs to be tested to confirm the battery is being recharged when the car is running.

Or you could just resolve the dead battery/connection issue that was advised in the first place. You don't have any relay issues with your symptoms.
