Have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Have to start somewhere?

Would not start the other night. Then the next day it started. Drove about 15 miles parked, started right up. Drove 2 miles died. Put gas in it thinking gage was off. Started after about 5 cranks. Drove 10 miles, parked, then started right up. Drove 5 miles stopped at light and died again. Towed home. Getting fuel, no spark. What should I check next?

With the key on, check primary voltage at the coil pack, red wire with lite green tracer. That circuit is fuse protected, engine fuse 15 amp. Next, I'd have to check grounds for coil pack.
