You can move control from defrost to bi leval it does not change center vents dont work can tou help

You need some punctuation in that sentence, otherwise it can be read three different ways. Are you saying the air keeps on blowing from the defroster vents regardless of which mode you select? If that's the case, suspect a broken, cracked, or disconnected vacuum hose under the hood that feeds the control assembly.
