Wont fire

I have a 1996 Plymouth Voyager 3.3L with 176,000 miles hard time starting, but when running it would***** when the air conditioner is on then it died completely I replaced ignition coil, spark plugs, wires, crank shaft sensor, cam shaft sensor, fuel filter, and a Powertrain Control Module still nothing please any advice would be great could it be fuel pump, knock sensor or map sensor

Check to see if you have a vacume leak.

No vacuum leak checked fuses under hood and under dash with test light 1 fuse didn't light up under dash it is the ignition fuse so going to get a new one and see if that was the problem

Check the idle air control valve.
