I'm having an issue where my 1996 isuzu rodeo will turn over and start but won't stay running more than a few seconds. If i keep my foot on the gas i can keep it going for a little while longer. The check engine light is on. I'm wondering if it sounds like a fuel problem or possibly a computer problem. A new fuel filter was put on the truck before I bought it and it ran fine for about 2 weeks. Has anyone ever dealt with anything similar?

Check engine light on
Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on. Comeback with the code/s if any pops up-we start here
