The rubber drain tube is plugged. Look for it on the engine side of the firewall, hanging down on the passenger side. Give the end a squeeze to dislodge any debris. If no water starts flowing out, squeeze the metal ring and pull the tube off, then use a pencil to poke around in the plastic spout to open it up.
