I have a XH Ford Falcon Ute. It was running fine and now it will not start and I have nothing on the cluster. I have tried changing all fuse's starter motor the alternator, computer, coil but nothing seems to work. I cannot think of anything else. It is driving me crazy.

If the cluster is not showing anything, you need to check if power is getting to the ignition switch. If power is avaiable, you need to be checking the ignition switch.

Power to ignition switch is via the fuses underhood and it could be from the fusible links. You need a test light or DVOM to test both ends of fuses/fusible links to ensure the link/fuse is not bad and power is getting to it.

I have found the problem there is no power getting to the middle column fuse's so I have run a wire from the battery to the bottom of the fuse box under the dash but how do I fix it properly and it is now heating up and not changing gear

Sorry I do not have any wiring schematic for your vehicle. If power is missing to a portion of fuse block, it could be a failed fusible link.
