The fuel pressure can be misleading. The pump will run for just one second when you turn on the ignition switch. That is enough to provide the pressure that you might be seeing. When you have no spark, you may also have a fuel pump that is not running during engine cranking. The fastest way to tell is to measure the voltage on the dark green / orange wire at the ignition coil, any injector, or either small terminal on the back of the alternator. You should see battery voltage for one second when a helper turns on the ignition switch. What is important is it must come back during cranking. Holler back when you test that wire.
