95 Neon wont start

You should be able to check mil codes, yourself. You turn key just till the dash lites come on, no further, cycle the key on--off, on--off, on, then the mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes.

You have to be sure the battery has a full charge. Turn on headlamps, turn key to crank, if the lites go out, usually the battery or cables. In the diagram, the brown wire should be hot with key in the crank position.
