We have a 1995 Ford F-350. When we switch to the front tank, the truck acts like it's out of gas (with a full tank). When we use the rear tank, everything runs perfect. Is it a plugged fuel line or maybe a problem with the switch on the dashboard?

Sounds like pump problem in front tank. Or juice to pump problem. These systems have a history of headaches!

Including pumping to other tank instead of engine! Here's a comment off of the web.
The 95 model has a fuel delivery module in each tank that contains the pump and switching mechanism, there is nothing external like on the late 80's models. You probably need to change the FDM in the front tank. I have the same problem. Just changed my rear FDM and fuel is being returned to the front tank so time to change it too. They are $135 at Advance.
I think FDM means fuel delivery module.

Have not heard about dash switch problems. here is some more info page. you should be able to tell if pump is working by listening to tank. the assemblies have what's called a shuttle valve that apparently causes the loss of fuel pressure even if pump runs. may or may not be repairable if your a tinkerer.

Here are some pics of units. yours should be the 1 with long pigtail so if you can locate this plug you can test it there to verify pump failure. heavy red black wires are the pump.
