I took out the battery of my daughters 1995 Ford escort. I took off the positivw cable and then the negative while the car was still runningh. As soon as I took the negative cable off the car stalled. I took the battery inside and gave it a full charge overnight. The next morning, I reconnected it. Now, I can't get it to start. It will crank but won't start. How do I get it to restart?

AGGGHHH! Stop doing that! Removing the battery cables removes the key component in holding system voltage steady. There's no telling how many computers where damaged from excessive voltage.
