The other day my truck was running a little funny almost li it wasnt getting enough gas, and then yesterday on my way to work it started acting like it was going to shut off then it just cut off i've checked to see if the fuel pressure was fine and it was and its turning over but wont start, what do you think the problem could be? And its a 4.3 v6

It can be a bunch of things, fuel pressure should be about 55p.S.I. If it's not it won't start. It can also be an electrical problem with the injectors. If your service enginelight is on you should get the codes read to see if a sensor has gonebad. Also check your fuel filters. Onyour truck there are two different styles of injection. One is TBI which shold have at least9 p.S.I. If it's pfi or cpi then that will have the higher pressure if it's a tbi unit then check for a vacuum hose soft and sucked together also check for a blown gasket beneath the tbi unit.
