We don't know pipe sizes, and that will vary between models based on various options. What you have to keep in mind is that sound you're after is the result of an entire system, not just one part. The biggest factor in the sound is the number of power pulses going through the system. Specifically, V-8 engines get pulses from two adjacent cylinders on the left bank, then they alternate between the left and right sides, then there's two pulses in a row from the right side. That is what gave all older cars the nice "thump thump" rumble sound in the late '60s and early '70s.
