You have to remove the door panel to get at the window motor.

Door panels give me a pain in the backside, I usually break something. Remove all screws, sometimes hard to find, behind door handle, under arm rest, use your own initiative. Probably plastic retainers along bottom and sides of door panel. There is a special tool for that, you could use a couple of flat bladed tools one on each side of the retainer, make sure you are prying on the retainer and not the door panel. They just just pry out, if my memory is correct?
If the window motor has rivets, you drill out rivets. The new motor comes with mounting hardware, small nuts and bolts to replace rivets. Have somebody hold the window glass itself, when you remove motor, not sure how far the glass would fall, don't want it to break.
Here is a guide that shows what you are in for when doing the job and some diagrams (BELOW) that show you how it is on your car.
Now this bad boy has a spring on it so when you take the window motor off it will release so be ready or vise grip the spring so it cant move.
Check out the diagrams (Below)
Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
