Sometimes won't start seemed like on warmer days?

Sometimes won't start seemed like on warmer days it would start spiraticly now in the colder weather it won't start is there a choke. One time I touched the throttle under the hood and I heard like a t hrottlei plate close sound and then it started when I pour gas gas in the t/b it starts for a minute.

Check fuel pressure with fuel pressure gauge.

Yep I agree with JOHNNYT73, it sounds like the fuel pump is going out but I would replace the fuel filter first to see if anything changes.
