I have a 91 buick centery it wont start. Before that I was driving down the road and it acted like it wasnt getting gas. If I presses on the gas it got worse I had to let it get gas on its own and made it another block or two. Replaced fuil filter and the icm. Checked battery and still nothing. What now. There is a gas purge valve? On the top of the moter I am getting gas threw that. It smells like it might be old or bad so I put a can of sea foam and iso heat in the tank waited a few min. And tried again. Nothing. It will crank and act like it wants to start

We kinda took it apart a little and found the it seems (not 100%positive)the gas was only shooting out 3 injectors we slightly loosend the fuel rail and forgot to tighten it back down before the key was turned. Help the thing still wont start

It could be fouled injectors. You should remove them and have them tested. Replace any that are malfunctioning. Make sure the plugs are getting spark, also.
