Turn the truck on it acts like its about to die, the service engine light starts blinking then dies. Sometimes it acts fine then while driving stalls and light goes off again, then dies in the middle of the road. It will start back up as long as foot stays on the pedal. What could this be?

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis,finding out what's going on.
