Okay, I put a new battery into my truck and it still won't start unless I give it a jump and then it'll start right up. Also when I turn on my lights the battery gauge on the dash will drop down then back up as soon as I turn lights on, it will flicker. So what could be the issue? And when I turn it off and try to start it nothing will happen.

Hmmm ok but the alternator is like brand new, like a year old. Anyways I kind of fixed it, I replaced battery and starter and rewired the pos. Battery that goes to the fuse box and once I jump it and run it its all good runs fine. It'll start up with no jump but I have another car so I don't drive it alot and I try and start it every morning but one morning I forgot and it doesn't start now it won't turn over nothing happens and if I jump it it will start. Whats my issue?

Corrosion brought on by electrolysis? Have you removed the cables at both ends and cleaned the mating surfaces? Also be sure to check the grounding strap (usually a flat braided cable between the engine block and firewall. I'm not an expert but these are steps I always take when faced with similar issues.
