What causes a vehicle to stop the coil from fireing?

I have changed everything that causes the vehicle to fire, First off the distributor broke and was replaced but the vehicle in question would only run for 5 or 10 minutes so then I replaced the fuel pump, coil, electric regulator, computor and the eignition modual and now it wont start at all.

Is the coil getting 12 volts?

Did you use new parts? Sometimes new parts can be bad. You could try switching back 1 at a time?
