The car cranks and runs great but after you drive it for about 2 hours it shuts off and when you try to crank it it starts backfiring it backfires so bad it blows the muffler out every time but if you let the car sit for a little while it cranks back up and drives again till a little bit later it starts all over again. I have changed the electronic ignition out, changed the distributor and the carburetor, put new fuel lines and filter and the problem still keeps happening.

Does this vehicle still have points and condenser? If so, start there. Make sure the dwell is properly set on the points (replace if burnt) and I would recommend replacing the condenser.

Let me know.

Okay. For the 30 minutes that it won't restart, have you checked to see if it is getting spark and fuel to the engine?
