I have checked all my grounds. It did have an aftermarket security alarm on it which I removed. I'm sure I have a short somewhere in the system, I'm just not sure where to look. Or what wires to check. When I used my DMM I with I got OL on the 40A fuse space.

Can you confirm what you mean by getting OL on the fuse "space"? You mean with the fuse removed, you are checking resistance across the two terminals of where the fuse goes? If that is the case, then that is correct because with the fuse removed there is an open circuit as the fuse is the connection between the two sides.

Also, can you confirm what year truck this is? You noted a 2020 but I just want to make sure that is correct. Thanks

Great. Thanks. What about the first part? I pasted it below.
