Honestly, if the wires are fine, we are losing power between fuse 1 and the relay. That should have power when the key is in the on position or run position. Is there power at fuse 1? If so, check to make sure there is power out from the fuse. You can use a test light for that process. Here is a link that explains how to do it if you need it. There is nothing between the fuse and relay, so chances are it is something simple you are just missing. It happens to the best of us. LOL

As far as installing the pump, you didn't do anything wrong. The problem is between the fuse and the relay. Exactly what is happening, I'm not sure. But, the idea that the fuse is good and providing power but not making it to the relay has me stumped. It has to be either a faulty fuse not allowing power through it or an open in the wiring.
Just for the heck of it, run a jumper wire between the battery + and the black and white wires that should be powering the relay. Does the pump run?
Let me know.
