Recently and very abruptley my truck has shown a significant decrease in gas mileage, it sputters while idleing and struggles to pick up speed. At first I thought it might have been the fuel filter but after replacing it twice and showing no change it can't be that. First, is this most likely a fuel pressure issue? If so, what should I be doing next and so on. If I am to look for any guages, do any of them have unusual placement?

Yes, you should perform a fuel pressure test, to illiminate that as a possible culprit, but mind you your problems are not limited to that, for instance, plugs and wires may be at fault, injectors could be faulty, Im gonna send you something on how to test the pressure incase you do not know how.
