My truck was missing so i changed plugs and wires and it ran fine for a few days. Today it wouldn't start at all. It cranks but doesn't start.

Hello,

Generally speaking, the engine will need spark, fuel, and compression to start.
When you turn the key to the on position, can you hear the fuel pump?

An inoperative fuel pump can be due to a bad relay, wiring issue, or a bad pump.
The fuel pump relay is in the fuse box under the hood (see diagram below).

Take a look at this guide, it covers the basics:

Also was there any other symptom before this no start issue?
Have you tried to jump start it?

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
