Truck ran really bad and shut off on me, replaced fuel pump, plugs and wires. No fix. When I turn the ignition on the started tries but no fire. Will not crank. It cranked when I took the intake off the front of the motor had a rag soaked in gas and the truck started right up and ran til I moved my hand.

Hello,

Sounds like you are not getting fuel.
Can you hear your fuel pump come on?
You need to check the fuel pump relay if there is no fuel.

The relay is located in the junction box under the hood (see diagram below).
Test the relay:

Also you can test to see if you have the correct pressure. If you have a faulty fuel pressure regulator it can prevent fuel from getting to the injectors.

You should have 55-62 PSI of fuel pressure.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
