Hi,

Unfortunately, that is the only way I am aware of. You know what? Let me know the production date. It may be an early or late model and has a different design.

The production date should be on the driver's side door.

Let me know.

Joe

That is an early production, but it shows the same procedure. I also check 2015 and it's the same.

I dug through my manual and found a way to do it from under the vehicle. Take a look at the directions below. Please make sure the wheels are blocked and the parking brake is applied. I know it's on a hill.

Take a look and let me know.

Joe

I won't be able to do it from under, I know about that method, car is on a slope. The cup holders on this one is part of the whole console. I had several others with removable cup holders but not this one.

Hi,

I have no idea why the inside release isn't on your vehicle. Is there something different as far as the model? The only other way I know of is from under the vehicle.

I wish I could be of more help. Let me know.

A guy came to buy it as is. Went to show him what happens when you try to start it and the damn thing started but rough so he said leave it, it could be a bent valve, so sold it like it that.

Hi,

That is what would have happened to me if I sold it. Regardless, I thank you for the update. Please feel free to come back anytime in the future.

Take care,

Joe
