My car was running fine then came to a complete stop and now it will not start at all. Ignition switch will not turn and I cannot hear the fuel pump run when turning the key. All the fuses are good. The car was driving fine and just shut off had to have it towed.

"Ignition switch will not turn and you cannot hear the fuel pump run when turning the key"?

So you do not hear anything when you turn the switch, and you cannot turn the switch? Which is it? I cannot tell if you have a mechanical problem with the switch cylinder or an electrical problem. Until you fill in the details, start by measuring the battery voltage. If it is good and fully-charged, it will read 12.6 volts. If you find closer to 12.2 volts, it is good but discharged.

Dandy. Did you measure the battery's voltage? Another suspect is to follow the smaller positive battery wire to the under-hood fuse box and be sure that connection is clean and tight.
