will not turn over?

it turned over, then stopped and won't turn over again. all other lights work.

It sounds like the starter has gone out or you have a bad connection at the battery, you can use a test light at the starter to see if the trigger wiring is getting a signal also try to start the truck in neutral to see if the gear range sensor (neutral safety switch) is having an issue.
