When I turn the key to on I do not hear the fuel pump run or come on. When I crank the engine there is no spark from the coil why? What I need to check to fix the problem or what is causing no fire and the fuel pump not coming on?

Also, start checking every fuse in the panels under the hood and under the left hand side of the dashboard (drivers side).

It is located up under the dash, center of the driver's seat. Here is a diagram.

Try a security system reset that may be the problem.

The problem started when the wires that connect to the number two coil was touching each other. What happen I pull the connector end of the coil and it broke and the wires got out of order (line) and I did not really know where each wire connect back to, so did connect the four little wires on to the coil and when I started the car it had a misfire on number two cylinder. So I begin to check the four little wires connect to the coil they was cross up so I look at number one coil wires to see how each one was connected and I went from there. So when I started the car it was running good so the wires came of the second time I believe the wires were touching each other when the engine was running. When I turned the car off and tried to start the car again it would not start. Could that have causing the problem or blown a fuses? The wires that connect to the coil do they go back to the ECM?

Yes, they go back to ECM, but before you decide to replace the ECM have a mechanic check this with a diagram and fix the connectors as it may be just that and not the ECM.

Yes, and if you have pulled wires out of the ignition module/coil pack or whatever. Theres no telling if you have shorted out the ECM with wires touching or connecting them to the wrong wires and sending voltage back on circuits it shouldn't be on. There could also be more blown fuses you have yet to find. And yes there is a fuse panel under the dash, its J/B (junction Box)/.

See picture on how to test relay but because of what you have done I highly recommend you taking this to a mechanic to see if he can find the problem.
